This data privacy policy is used to inform users regarding the organizer’s policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for all parties involved including clients of the event to use the organizer’s services. The information request will be retained by the organizer on behalf of the host and used as described in this data privacy policy. The organizer does not use third party services that may collect information used to identify users.

By using the services of the organizer’s platform, the client acknowledges the collection and use of information in relation with data privacy policy used on the event platform. The personal information that is collected are used for providing and improving the services the organizer provides. The organizer will not use or share information the client provides with anyone except as described in this data privacy policy and for the sole purpose of the stated event.
