We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED, subject to 3.4% online transaction fees.

Registration check-in is open from Friday, October 27, 2023 at the registration area.

Delegates will be required to take the following steps:

• Step 1: Sign in on the onsite system, validate your details
• Step 2: Follow further instructions from onsite registration team to gain the badge
• Step 3: Swipe your barcode before every session to ensure gaining CME points.

Attendee’s will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME credit, and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.

If you cannot register online, onsite registration is available and open on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 08:30 in the registration area. Kindly note that fees will be higher as compared to online.

One month or more prior to the announced event date: refunds are provided USD 30 less of indicated registration fees. For international accounts no refunds are available.

Cancellation received one month prior to the announced event date will not be refunded, as material for each meeting registrant has already been prepared. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

DiaEdu reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
